Shipping Methods

I ship worldwide, via Australia Post. This happens once a week generally or twice a week in busy periods, even if you select Express Shipping. Please always leave a note if you need an order in a hurry and I will do my best to accomodate, but may not always be able to. Please email beforehand if you wish to check shipping times.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns for change of mind, or alterations to orders once they are placed unless discussed via email before your order ships. The only reason I would accept a return is if you are supplied a faulty product accidentally, but I may even have a replacement so please contact me and we can work something out if this is the case.

Please note I will only combine orders and refund shipping if those orders are under the same name and address, I will not ship your parcel to a different address once order is placed unless it is a change of your address from the one you placed the order with. You do not need to email me to combine your order in a release, I automatically do this but may miss one occasionally. Please use the code COMBINE if you wish to combine two orders, use the code in the second checkout.

I may not always be able to post next day but will accommodate your needs as best I can if you email and let me know you need your item in a hurry. International orders usually take between 7-14 days to arrive and sometimes, it can be longer depending on where you are located. Please don't hesitate to ask if you are unsure. All customs and additional fees that may be incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. I hold no responsibility for lost or stolen packages! Please ask if you require extra insurance or postage registration. I post via Australia Post within Australia and use standard tracked postage unless express is purchased at time of checkout.

Please note my shipping prices are for shipping as specified in the name of the shipping you choose. Standard tracking is included unless specified in the title of shipping, if you wish to purchase express and insured post, please select this option in the listing. I take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages or if your package does not arrive. I will supply your tracking number when your order ships.
